The firm had an unique chance to Design the Landscape Between the Chaos with Proper Entrance, Seating, Playground & Greenscape enriched with Creative Detailed Elements and Sculptures and Play of Light.
Aayat – Farm house, which is Designed with Rectangular Module. Modular Structure is selected keeping in mind the Requirement and Utilizing Paradigm of Client in Terms of Functionality. Each Module can work Individual and Combine with their Unique Functional Design in it. 3 Modules are combined with Simplistic Design, Less Negative Space, Nuance, Proportionality. The Intention of using Simplicity is not to Dogmatically Live with Less but to full-filling more Demanding Lifestyle by bringing Balance and Harmony in Living more Lightly in Nature’s Surrounding.

Our role was to provide a built Homely Environment by designing Residential Tower which fulfills Basic Needs and Requirement of Economically Weaker Section with Supporting Functions in it i.e. Anganwadi, Community Hall & Greenscape and Clinic.

Nature is connected with Courtyard, which brings Sky into the building allowing various functions to flow casually from one to other in Pattern which corresponds to their Precise Functional Relationship. Jali is used as an art of communication in house, focuses on the Visual Connection between the Indoor and Outdoor spaces of the house. A Courtyard with Beautiful and Comfy Seating area, Flowing Curtains, Plush Rugs, and Quirky Coffee Tables can be an ideal spot for Quiet Reflection, Meditation, Reading Books, or Enjoying a Cozy Chat. It can be a place to Unwind, Entertain, Connect with Nature, and Enjoy the simple pleasures in life.
Color in Interior Design can make or break a space. Stylistic Colour theme used here which influence the atmosphere and make it an inviting and warm comfortable space. Colour use in particular bedroom are base on one’s taste, It affects moods and state of mind. Every colour invokes emotion in the viewer and has distinctive impacts. It enhances positive behavior and lessen negative conduct. By understanding colors in each rooms and the impact of lights, we had created the central focuses inside the space.
One Space – Two Color palette – The Concept of Timeless Beauty and Elegance of Marble Paired with different material is used over here by adding Marble to the wall to create focal point on plain canvas Which can transform a wall into a piece of eclectic style. Balance of geometric lines and its abstract pattern along with color hue is seen in these apartment. Temple design is always been a challenge in the project. It always call for the merger between Modern and elegant traditional touch. Here we had use the brass dripping pattern at the back to Show the flow of faith which is the very essence of space..The bedroom designed over here is focused to create a luxurious space with minimal contemporary vibe. So Various elements were made customized to add more artistic touch to the space. A simple pretty corner were also seen with Perception of Interesting Pattern and Color which Balances the space over Hustling Furnishing and still keep a modern contemporary aesthetics.
The Essence of Interior Design will always be based on how the Objects and Wall Palette are chosen in it, Communicating with one another, Respond and Balance one another. So here in this project we have created such essence by mixing traditional principles and modern design. Their were 2 living space. The formal space depict more traditional thought i.e. The Element of Mandala used here depict Art and Aesthetic, contrasting with the flow of lines to create Ambiguity of space. The every projection on consecutive wall and furnishing amalgate to form center perspective at the wall which is selected to give the impression of mandala as it hold the Vision of the Space. And on informal space, Geometry of Continuous Rubix skeleton Pattern is used to give infinite options to generate mind-blowing pattern. Creating Nooks and use of Soft Color palette Enhance it and Change your perception towards typical Geometry pattern. Along with that Client has a great passion of reading books. According to him when you read a book, it fills you with this weird enliven zeal, and you become convinced that the shattered world will never be put back together. So we worked out with minimalist design approach and tried to bring out that zest in space. Other Delicately portrayed pattern are seen on wall. One of such is Square art created on study area and same is followed on wardrobe further creating reflection on mirror as such to give language and Ambiguity to the space.
The Architectural design competition of University Campus of Journalism and Communication in Rewa (M.P.), asked for Conceptual Design for University campus, offering full-time programs for 11 Academic departments awarding bachelor’s, masters and PhD Degrees. After thorough study and understanding of the working hierarchy of a university, the program we came up which consist of an Educational Block consisting 11 Departments with all degree programs, a Public Building with all recreational activities, Residential facilities for staff and students. The approach towards design was to define the relationship between Nature and Architecture by the open configuration of the buildings towards Natural Surroundings.
Client wanted us to showcase their Office environment, so Concept of Glamour with Glitter is used. Selling space have sparkling clothes of jari work, thread work and various others which showcase Glittery, so Vertical Panel which are Transparent, having little Glitter effect and White color are used to Balance the Space. Office room is designed by considering Comfort and Elegance with a bit of Glamour inside it. Glamour as in beauty which never fades with Simplicity, Clarity and Decorous. Staircase are the connecting element between Glamour and Glitter.
