Monarch is a Commercial Development on a prominent corner plot at the Main Road Junction. The Building Company wanted us to develop an Outdoor space along with the Interior of the Building. Our role was to Design the Landscape, which is Interactive with Indoor & Outdoor Space by following the IGBC Norms and also to create the Enlightening interior which provides Proper Light & Breathing Space with Improved & Refreshing working environment.
Center table – a Living room Furniture, is created with Rearranging the Wooden Piece in Diagonal Pattern. The Woods are never Solitary-they are full of Whispering, Beckoning and a sign of Novel Prosperity. Its all depend on One’s Attitude and Capacity to Mend and Play with it, that turns it into Masterpiece.
Swapnasagar which means House full of Dreams by moulding client’s Imagination in Functional & Aesthetic form. This residence is designed to maximize the extend of the landscape and Capture Extensive views of the garden from every space. Accordingly, it is a linear building and sited on the corner providing connection between Nature & Function. The Elevation was designed in such a manner which balances the Play of Material with Nature.
National Museum For Tribal Freedom Fighters is a Competitive Project which is delivered with the aspect of Enhancing the Identity and upliftment of Tribal Community of Rajpipla. Our Design Concept revolves around 3 themes : Courtyard, Axis, Public Plaza. Courtyard which brings sky into the building. Axis is the most common Organising Principle used to determine the Path and Placement of Function. Plaza is used to bring people together. Hence, Architecture of the museum, integrates Seamlessly into a Continuum, the Outside with the Inside, the Natural with the Human Construct, the Tribal with the Urban and the Viewer with the View.
The Gandhi Gram Metro Site provides an Unique Opportunity for Significant Mixed-Income Offices and Retail shop in closed proximity of transist Area. Every transit rider is a pedestrian, as in every retail customer. The Urban Design of the Metro Station was supposed to promote a Positive Pedestrian Experience i.e. Inviting, Safe & Interesting. Site was supposed to be designed to Provide Strong Street Edges, an Active and Animated Public Realm and a Cohesive local Streetscape.
The Site for this project of designing New School Building is located in Existing school ground. School is designed in response with playful nature of Primary School Children and their innate urge to explore their surroundings. A Rectangular Module is employed to generate a network of interconnected covered space and open space which provides a Vibrant and Experimental Environment.
Surat is one of the fastest developing city in India. In recent times, rapid growth in the Industrial sector was seen, which has increased Import – Export Service. So for the upliftment of Surat Economic culture, there’s a need for the development of Cargo Service. The Airports Authority of India proposed site for it. Our role was to build Cargo Terminal with its supporting function i.e. Luggage Check In – Check out, Offices, Storage space, Haulting space, Services. Further with that, our goal was to give a proposal for Future Extension along with present built-up with Interesting Forms.
The firm had an unique chance to Design the Landscape Between the Buildings i.e. Entrance, Seating, Waterbodies, Playground, Temple, Greenscape with Creative Detailed Elements and Sculptures, with the Play of Light.
Shubh which means Delightful & Glory. Client wanted us to design a Sample flat to Glorify and Self-Publicist it. Keeping that in mind, the Elements that create Glamour are Specific Styles – Bias-cut Veener furniture, Bright Colour Fabric, which shows quality of Grace, Mystery & Magnificent in Pattern. In a Modern loft each piece has to be Perfect. Every mind is a room packed with Magnificent and Functional furniture which is showed in our design.
In a Minimal Interior, what you don’t do is as important as what you do. Client wanted Minimal Furniture yet Highlighting Interior. Foyer was designed with Void in Wood and Light to Glamorise the space. A Juxtaposition of Minimum Materials, Patterns, Textures, Colours in Rhythmic & Creative Manner is used to Harmonize Space.
